We’ve updated our ‘in trade’ policy

As we announced on 26 October, our new ‘in trade’ policy comes into effect today. Members who are ‘in trade’ can no longer turn their status off.

We’ve made the change so buyers can be confident about which purchases are protected under NZ consumer law.

Sellers that have previously sold both ‘in trade’ and personal items from the same account will no longer be able to differentiate the two via listing description, but will need to have two accounts – one for each purpose.
