Slow payments fixed

We've fixed the issue that was causing some members to experience delays when trying to top up their account or make a payment.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

Scheduled maintenance

Trade Me will be unavailable on Tuesday 29 November between 2:00am and 5:00am for scheduled maintenance. All auctions that are due to close between 2:00am and 6:00am will be extended by four hours.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Site outage

Unfortunately we had some site issues between 3.10pm and 3.31pm and again between 3.57pm and 4.13pm today which meant Trade Me was down. We've fixed the issue and we're back up online.

We're sorry for any inconvenience and to make sure no listings were affected, we've extended all auctions set to close today between 3.10pm and 4.30pm by one hour.

Book a courier – possible delays

As a result of the recent earthquakes, our courier partners (Courier Post and Fastway) have let us know that some delivery routes in the South Island will experience delivery delays for the foreseeable future.

Any packages going to, from, or via North Canterbury will be delayed.

Please keep an eye on the tracking information on your chosen courier’s website, and if you have any other questions, get in touch with them directly.  More...
