Small changes to Ping emails
We're making a few small updates to our Ping emails. Over the next week, you'll see the following changes:
• The 'Credit card payment receipt' email will be replaced by a new 'Ping payment receipt' email if a buyer makes a payment through Ping.
• Sellers who make a refund through Ping will now get an email confirming the refund. More...

Tomorrow we're running our second of three ‘$1,000 Secret Stash Saturday’ promotions for all casual sellers.
We've got $1,000 up for grabs – but there's a twist. We've already chosen a winner and it could be you. To claim the secret stash, the winner must list a general item on Saturday 19 May.

Property search function fixed
We're aware of an issue that was affecting location search function of property listings. The trouble has now been fixed, and you should be able to search property as normal.
We're sorry for any frustration or confusion.

An update to our privacy policy
As we announced on 27 April, today we are making a small change to our privacy policy.
We want to give our members more ways to manage their advertising preferences, so we’re adding links to ad opt-outs run by the Digital Advertising Alliance and National Advertising Initiative.
This should help members have better control over what advertising they see on site.
