Problem with online credit card payments
On Saturday we experienced a problem with our online credit card payments. All our credit card processing is done through a secure server which is run by another company. Unfortunately the problem on Saturday was a problem with their server and was beyond our control.
Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. This problem has now been solved and you will be able to process your payment through the online system.
Site Outage
We experienced a problem with one of our servers overnight which meant the site was not available first thing this morning. Sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused. We are currently implementing measures to stop this happening again.
Request Relists or Offers
If an auction finishes and has not sold, you can now ask the seller to relist or make a fixed price offer on the item.
If the auction is able to be relisted or offered at a fixed price a prominent link will be displayed on the expired auction page.
The seller will receive an email advising them of the request

Offer to those on watchlist
If you have added an auction to your watchlist and the seller offers the item at a fixed price, you will receive an email informing you of the offer. You will be able to accept or reject the offer.
