Nicole Williams

I joined Trade Me in 2018 having heard great things about the product culture here. Before that, I was Head of Product at SilverStripe, an open source software company where I joined as CMO before making the leap into product.

I’ve had both my kids since joining Trade Me, so I feel like it’s the place I’ve grown the most both professionally and personally!

Just before the lockdowns, I moved to Marketplace which turned into a real baptism of fire as I quickly learned about this part of our business. I spent four years in Marketplace alongside our amazing product, design and engineering teams before joining the Exec team in 2024 as Head of Jobs. It’s another space where we face tough competition, but have all the right ingredients to deliver better value to our customers and continue to grow our audience.

Outside of work, my time is mostly spent on adventures with my husband Luke, and our two kids.
