I was looking for a serrena that has 2 power doors. Aqeel( works with wmc christchurch) shown me a 2016 model highway star that only has 1 power door, he told me there is a switch and aassured me that both doors operates. So i test drive it, after he offered me another serrena with a lower mileage but cheaper and is the same as i have test drive "everything is the same down to its sub model" i beleived him and go on with the finance, i asked him many times about the door and repeteadly says he is sure. He even told that me and my wife that he has seen the serena that we drove open automatically with both doors. Of course he will deny this ( we have talked and he said all of it was he wasnt sure of the doors) I assure you i wasnt lying, me and my came to wmc having in my to buy a serena with 2 power doors. I am not after anything because even if i want to have the car replaced or returned legally it cant. But i would like to have this on his record that he is a liar. I know this might be good for the company but at least be factual of what is offered. Other than aqeel, Karen is very professional.
