I visited several times and each time spoke to someone different. Frances was very helpful. Everyone was friendly and welcoming though felt a bit disorganised at times. There was very little leeway in negotiating price for vehicle buy now purchase and trade in. Decided not to trade vehicle in due to low offer on it. Sold it through trade me instead. Financial consultant was very helpful and knew her stuff. I bought an Autosure policy through her.Thanks team for your service.
