The team that I was dealing with were polite and friendly but my car was supposed to arrive on a Thursday, when Thursday came I had no contact so tried to call but to no avail. Later that day someone finally contacted me to let me know there was nobody working Thursday so I would have to pick it up on the Friday so I then needed to arrange a car for the night. When I picked the car up it only had 40km of charge this wouldn't get me home so had to charge at our office before heading home. The handover of the car was not completed correctly so I had to sort this out myself which took around a week. It seemed that nobody knew much about the car and how to hand it over correctly. It was also advertised incorrectly and the mechanical breakdown that was purchased was wrong and would cost double because of the type of car.

My second time buying a car from HVS and was once again so easy, i felt looked after and they weren't to busy to talk, highly recomended
