We felt a bit let down by one aspect of our experience. We had notified the staff that we were traveling from Auckland to pick up the car on Sunday, but when we arrived, the car wasn't ready and was covered in spiderwebs and little bit dusty. Fortunately, one of the staff members give a little clean up for us.
