If you would like to take a peek at your item in person before committing to a purchase, Just place your bid, and if you win, you can view the product at our supplier's showroom before fully committing. If the trade doesn't work out, that's all good!

Once your order is paid for, we'll ship your items directly from our supplier's warehouse to your address. If you'd rather collect your order, we're more than happy to arrange that! Just hang tight for our confirmation email, which will include the collection address and order reference number.

Keep in mind that our standard deliveries are kerbside only, so our couriers won't bring items inside your premises. If you need in-store delivery, just give us a shout, and we'll sort it out for you.

To keep everything running smoothly, please wait for our email with all the necessary details before visiting any warehouse for collection, including the date and time. Remember that not all products are available at all warehouses.

You can find the full returns policy with terms on our website. The simple version is that we offer free returns for any items as long as the following conditions are met:

-Item(s) must be unused. -Item(s) must have all original packaging. -Item(s) will not be accepted if there are any signs of damage, usage or cannot be resold as brand new. -You will cover the return shipping cost back to the supplier's warehouse. -A restocking fee of 25% may be charged by the supplier if the item does not meet any of the above conditions.

All brand new items come with minimum 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item arrives and there is visible damage, simply take some pictures and/or a video and email it to us. We will get it sorted out for you as soon as possible.

If the courier arrives with your item and there is visible damage to the box, please DO NOT accept delivery. Reject it and they will take it back to their depo. We will then arrange a replacement item.

Extended warranties can be purchased, please contact us to arrange.

All items listed on our TradeMe store are in stock in Auckland or Christchurch and are dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order. If there is something specific you are looking for but can't find it online, please contact us and we will do our best to help source it for you.

Aside from our products in New Zealand, we have thousands more products in Australia and can arrange shipping to you, which usually takes 3-4 weeks.
