All payments must be made in full within 7 days of the auction closing and before the delivery. When making a deposit please use the auction number or your Trade Me username as a reference, if you are unable to do so - please let us know so we can identify your deposit quickly.

Lay-by

You are welcome to lay-by. A 20% non-refundable deposit of the total price is required. Customers must pay in full within 8 weeks from the date of the auction closing. If you change your mind or give up the order, the 20% deposit is not refundable.

We will deliver goods between 1-3 days (in Auckland) or 3-14 days (in other cities) or agreed time/date after the full amount of payment is received

ALL GOODS MUST BE CHECKED BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCKET! DO NOT sign the delivery docket if any items are damaged!

Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. If problems do arise, please contact us before leaving any feedback. We will try our best to resolve any problems.

If a buyer organises transport, please provide the bank payment and auction number to us. Please note that this will be at your OWN RISK, we will not provide any insurance or replacement for goods damaged by shipping.

We will replace or exchange if:

• The item is defective
• The item is incorrectly described in the auction listing

When a customer uses/assembles/installs the product, they acknowledge accepting the quality they have paid for. In this way Kitchen cabinets and stones limited fulfils the conditions of the term ‘quality guaranteed’ (or guaranteed quality, or satisfaction guaranteed or your money back....etc.)

If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you a refund.

We will not refund if:

• You simply ‘change your mind’
• Item was ‘not what you expected it to be’ or ‘not what you imagined it to be’.
• Please ask all questions before bidding. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice. All freight charges are non-refundable.

If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via email initially stating clearly what the problem is, please include the following information:

• Invoice number
• Item description
• Date of purchase
• Daytime phone number

All auction pick ups are still from Albany only. If you buy anything on one of our auctions you must pick up from Albany or arrange delivery with us at your cost.
