Cosmetics Now

Cosmetics Now accepts both Ping and Afterpay payments.

Orders made are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being made. Cosmetics Now dispatches from warehouses in Australia, the United States and Hong Kong, each listing will have the dispatch location in the description. Orders generally arrive within 5 to 7 business days, please allow additional time for rural and regional areas.

For delivery we use NZ Post for dispatch from Australia and Hong Kong, orders from the US are sent via DHL couriers. We use a signature courier so if you are not at the address a card will be left and you will need to arrange pickup/ redelivery.

Refunds and Returns Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question if the product is defective in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused.

Fragrance Returns Fragrances are considered dangerous goods by Postal Services which means they are unable to be sent through general post. We are happy to accept fragrance returns but it is your responsibility to organise and cover the additional cost of these. Because of this please choose your fragrance orders carefully.
