Paid immediately, 11 days and counting, two emails and still haven’t heard anything so I lodged a complaint with Trademe for a refund. I should’ve purchased from Temu like I had intended too.

Took ages to hear back that they’d received payment, then when they sent got a totally different make& colour life jacket from the one I purchased. So all in all, very disappointed in service and do not recommend to other. Poor experience
