After a purchase on TradeMe of a "A-grade item returned by a customer", i was informed that it is also a refurbished item. The very next day asked for a refund and told 20% re-stocking fee is applicable, decided to go to look at the item, and found it is not an A-grade. Agreed to the store policy of 20% of re-stocking fee and they refused their own policy dictating i must collect item.
