Delivery

We use both Australia Post and other premium courier for all deliveries within Australia & New Zealand.

Delivery time is 1-6 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia. Please also allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order. We endeavor to process our orders as quickly as possible. All deliveries are trackable with a tracking number.

For NZ order, there will be 1-2 business days extra for custom clearance or duty.

NO RISK 30 DAY EXCHANGES, RETURN AND REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us (mailto:support@uggexpress.com.au) via email first. We offer free returns for 30 days.

Note: -The items must return within 30 days of purchase, must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.

• If you simply change your mind or change size, you need to pay for the return postage while we cover the second deliver if exchange need.
• Please make sure include a note in the return parcel with your order number, name, request and delivery address.

Warranty

Our products include for 3 months warranty against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter colored sheepskin may pick up inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discoloration does not cover under the manufacturer's limited warranty.

Sheepskin is a natural and fragile material. There may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations not cover under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
