We accept payment via Ping and Direct Debit.

PING allows you to pay for your purchase instantly via Credit or Debit Card.

Direct Debit – Our account details will be sent to you once you have confirmed your order.

GST Tax Invoices will be provided with every sale upon pick up.

Shipping is only available on selected items, due to products being returned to the outlet store without any packaging, some items cannot to shipped safely.

No shipping option on mirrors.

Once your order has come through and payment has been confirmed then we will follow up with tracking details.

Please Note: That the arrival time is an “estimate only” and the estimated delivery time may change. We recommend that you only book your plumber in when you have received the items

DAMAGED ITEMS Your order must be inspected on arrival, if there is any damage to your order it must be signed off as damaged and Newtech must be notified within 24hours, if the order is signed off as received in good condition and later notified as damaged, will not be replaced/refunded, or credited.

Other ~ Additional rubbish removal charges will be added, if you wish to have the delivery team remove the pallets and or packaging. ~ Rural deliveries have additional cost, please get in contact. ~ Purchasing multiple items, please contact us for combined shipping cost.

Customer are advised to confirm with their builder/plumber/project manager or designer if the products are fit to purpose, we do not provide refunds/exchanges/credits or returns on change of mind.

The products listed are ~ cancelled orders/seconds/ex-displays/deleted lines or damaged and come with a 6 month warranty.
