Terrible company. They advertised as having 9 units in stock.I asked if they did actually have the items in stock as other sellers in Australia had said they were out of stock They did not reply for a week,the auction closed ,then they made a fixed price offer w/out disclosing if they had it or not but they had adjusted their stock level down to x4.I purchased & paid & then later they cancelled the order as they can’t supply.They are still advertising the phone for sale & say they have stock! ??

No contact from seller but they issued a refund. If you don’t have the item in stock then take it off yourself system.

My purchase was refunded with no communication from the seller. I have emailed twice with no response. If the products aren't available, don't advertise them! You've messed up my kids' Christmas.

Purchase refunded as apparently they couldn’t send with a battery on the cargo flight from Australia. A little disappointed but great communication and fast refund so won’t complain too much. Thanks.
