Payment Instructions:

• Payment instructions are sent to bidders within a few minutes of auction closing.
• We appreciate full payment be made within 2 working days of the auction close date.
• Please don’t forget to include auction number as your reference number when making a payment.

Payment Methods:

• Ping payment option
• Internet Banking (Bank account details and instruction will be emailed to you.)

GST Tax Invoices:

• We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided upon request.

Returns & Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be offered on items that arrive Dead on Arrival, and we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality.
• Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes to eligible for refund.
• All items must be returned to us for full assessment BEFORE refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed by us at the end of each week.
• All eligible non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in re-sellable condition.

Refunds will not be considered if:

• You simply 'change your mind'.
• Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be.
• Items are sold as is Sale / Clearance Items.
• Refunds will not be offered if items are not compatible with buyers system or buyer is unable to operate or assemble item. Buyer must ensure that systems are checked for compatibility prior to purchase.
• Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
• Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchased product(s) less the 20% restocking fee.
• Please note that the finishes and colours of many of the products you see online may differ in person since every person’s computer monitor differs from others. This is not considered a defective item.

Faulty product:

• If your product is faulty and still within its warranty period then your entitled to a replacement part/product.
• Contact us via email or give us a call on 09 390 0150 and we will advise the process.

Warranty Policy:

• Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer and valid in New Zealand only.
• We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA).
• The Buyer must check their item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by e-mail within 48hrs of receiving the product.
• Provide photo as a proof of the claim will make the process easier.
• We reserve the rights to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.
• The Buyer is responsible for the cost including the postage of returning the product.
• All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.
• Proof of purchased will be required for any warranty claim.
• If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide a 30 day Return to Base warranty.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Bonus accessory items.
• Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
• Damage from neglect or careless storage.
• Unauthorised repairs.
