Our standard rates are $5.00 per item large or small.

Bulky or heavy items incur an additional $5.00 when shipped to the South Island

Buy Now before 4:00PM Monday to Friday, your order ships the same day for delivery overnight within New Zealand. Please allow an extra day for delivery when ordering in the weekend, rural or for bulky/heavy items going to the South Island.

Your order will be shipped using a tracked courier service and a tracking link will be provided.

Yes we ship to Australia too.

Sales support We pride ourselves on our amazing sales support. All of our staff are active hobby enthusiasts and we are here to help with any enquiries you may have. If we don't have an answer, we'll direct you to someone in the hobby scene who will.

Repairs We offer a repair service for the various brands of remote control vehicles and equipment that we sell, as well as other interactive products such as Scalextric and Hornby. This is a separate service from our standard warranty repairs, and quotes start at $50.00, with additional costs for parts and labour calculated accordingly.

How will my order be delivered? Your order will be delivered to your door by tracked courier, this can be a residential or business address.

Will you refund my delivery charge if I change my mind? We’ll refund you what you paid for your product(s) but not the delivery charge, unless the order was faulty or incorrect.

How do I get the order back to you? Returns can be sent from your nearest Post Office. To ensure that the item arrives in original condition, it is important that the packaging used is robust enough to protect the item. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this to enable you to track your return.
