?DO NOT BUY SECONDS CARPET from Tom at Crazy Carpets or his colleagues without viewing all the meterage first. I viewed the carpet but was only shown the first 5 metres. Upon collection the last 5 metres revealed a large defect (wool missing). Seller or his colleagues were not willing to acknowledge that there was a problem or offer any refund or resolution. Seller is willing to sell defective carpet and not disclose the condition of the carpet prior to a sale. BUYER BEWARE.
