BERNINA New Zealand accepts payment through Pay Now or Afterpay.

Pay Now enables you to pay immediately using your credit card or debit card.

Afterpay allows you to buy your item today and pay it off in four equal fortnightly interest-free payments.

We are unable to accept cheques, direct credits, or bank transfers on any purchases. Any store credits, gift cards, or other vouchers, are also not accepted. If you would like to pay using one of these ways, please contact one of our dedicated BERNINA Sewing Centres around New Zealand.

We will only ship to addresses within New Zealand.

For orders of $50 or more in a single transaction, shipping is free. For orders less than $50, shipping excluding rural addresses and PO boxes is $5, and shipping for rural addresses and PO boxes is $8.

We will make every effort to have your product delivered, or be available for in-store pick-up within 5 working days. However, in the unlikely event that your product is not available, or if there is an error, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your order.

Orders placed through the Trade Me online store results in a binding agreement between you and us for the supply of those products. If you have any questions about your order, please contact BERNINA New Zealand on 04 589 0527.

If you change your mind, you can return your sewing machine within 7 days to your local dedicated BERNINA Sewing Centre, as detailed on your delivery documentation, for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the sewing machine is in its original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

If your sewing machine is faulty, or has been damaged during delivery you are entitled to have it repaired, replaced or be provided with a refund. Please return it to your local dedicated BERNINA Sewing Centre (as per your delivery documentation and provide proof of purchase).

Remember that you do have the confidence of a 10 year mechanical and 5 year electrical warranty with your BERNINA sewing machine or overlocker, and a 5 year mechanical and 2 year electrical warranty with your bernette sewing machine or overlocker.

Any personal information provided by you via the Trade Me online store will only be used for the purposes of processing your online order. We will not hold your details any longer than is necessary for the purpose for which the information was provided.
