• We accept credit card payments via Pay now (Visa, Debit Card and Mastercard)
• We offer After Pay. Just select Buy now and you will have the option to pay via After Pay. After Pay allows you to receive your item straight away while you pay it off overtime.
• Layby with me. Pay a 20% non refundable deposit within 3 working days. The balance is due in 4 equal payments from the time of purchase.
• We also accept bank deposit into our New Zealand Kiwibank account. These details will be forwarded via email after you accept the buy now option.

• After your payment is received we will courier your item within 2 working days.
• Gowns that need to be ordered in from our supplier in China will be sent via express courier and usually arrive in 6-8 business days.
• We offer express track and trace shipping to all customers.
• Please supply your event date so we can be sure to meet your needs.

While it is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Bay Bridesmaid purchase, we encourage you to contact us if you have experienced any issues. We have simplified our returns policy and ask that you adhere to the following steps:

• If there are any problems please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order. Strictly no exception if you are away when the parcel arrives.
• We accept returns for store credit to the value of the cost of the item less the initial postage cost. Return postage costs are the customers responsibility. We recommend that you return an item using track and trace as we can not take responsibility for parcels that go missing.
• On the rare occasion that your item arrives faulty we can offer a replacement upon return. The return postage costs will be covered by Bay Bridesmaid after discussing with our customer the best means of returning the item.
• If we can’t replace a faulty item in time for your event then we will offer a store credit which has no expiry date or alternatively a full refund.
• All returns must be packaged carefully in the plastic packaging they are sent in ready for resale. Items that smell on body odour, smoke or strong perfumes may be declined at our discretion.
