The easiest way to pay is to pay direct on your credit card on a Buy Now. This allows you to complete your purchase process in record time. You can also pay us through a direct credit payment online with your bank. Another option is to pay cash and pick up from our physical location at 64 Hamatana Rd Snells Beach Auckland. If you pick this option please keep in mind that our premises is located at least 45 minutes north of Auckland Central.

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with carrier and tracking information. Shipping times after dispatch can vary depending on where you are located in Aotearoa – please see the table below for approximate transit times to major towns and cities, and be sure to keep an eye on your tracking number to see where your goodies are.

If your order is received before 1pm we are able to get this out to you overnight for the North Island. ( Excluding Rural Deliveries) Some parts of the south island are also overnight delivery.

All products will be couriered to your address by tracked courier. We primarily use either NZ Couriers or Post Haste as a courier preference; however we may use other companies from time to time at our discretion.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes (some isolated geographic exceptions), as we ONLY use courier services, not post.

Warranty & Returns

1. Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice and as long as the part has been fitted by a qualified repairer.
2. The Warranty becomes null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard of the instructions.
3. We will happily offer replacement items (no refunds) if:

• Item is dead on arrival or damaged
• There is a manufacturing fault with the item
• The wrong item was sent to you

1. If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, we may offer a refund less a fee to cover packing and shipping costs & associated fees.

Special order Auto Electrical parts are not able to be exchanged or returned.

We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

1. Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.
2. Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by All Auto Parts. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between All Auto Parts Warehouse and the client's delivery address.
3. No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4. Please choose your parts carefully and make sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sure please contact us prior to purchase. We will help to rectify when parts are purchased incorrectly but the return and replace shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Always contact us on 0800 255 387 or contact us via email with any issues or problems prior to returning the item/s. With your co-operation we will work hard to resolve any issues quickly.

Contact us if you have any reason to return the item. We offer replacement if item is dead on arrival, damaged, faulty or the wrong item was sent to you (in these cases we will arrange return shipping for you). If you have purchased an item and decided you would like to return it, we may offer a refund minus a restocking fee to cover original fees & postage costs (even if it was free shipping it still costs postage).

Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility in this case. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by us.

We will ensure that our obligations under all New Zealand Acts are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced by the manufacturer/supplier. The cost of returning the faulty item to us is to be paid by the customer. We will cover the return delivery cost.

In each auction description we include our stockists number as well as the genuine part number (eg BMW) If you’re not sure if a part will fit your vehicle, just give us a call on 0800 ALL EURO with the cars rego or last 7 digits of your chassis No & we will check that you are buying the correct part and that you are getting everything you need to complete the repair.

Q: Is this item new? A: All our items are NEW unless otherwise stated. You will find we very rarely have items that are not brand new listed.

Q: How Do I Pay? A: Use TradeMe’s Pay Now for fast efficient payment processing. We also offer direct credit option and cash payment onsite at our physical premise, 64 Hamatana Rd Snells Beach, Auckland. Please note this is at least 45 minutes drive north of Auckland Central.

Q: Is the price in NZ Dollars does it include GST? A: Yes prices are in NZ Dollars and we send a Tax invoice and the price includes GST.

Q: Do you combine shipping? A: This is difficult on the TradeMe website as the site has no ability to combine shipments. You will need to contact us prior to purchasing to discuss combining orders.

Q: What is the Warranty? A: Most of our products carry a minimum of 12 month warranty with some up to 3 years. If you have any warranty or incorrect supply issues please contact us and we will attend to this right away.

Q: Can I install this myself? A: Please be aware that mechanical parts do not usually come with instructions and you will need some mechanical knowledge, technical manual or get a qualified professional technician to install. Installing yourself can also void the warranty if you are not a qualified repairer.

Q: I missed an item can you relist it? A: Most items will automatically relist within 24hrs of selling or ending.

Q: Where is my item shipped from? A: Your items are shipped from our warehouse at 64 Hamatana Rd, Snells Beach, Auckland.

Q: Can you supply other Auto parts A: Yes. Please send us details of your vehicle and what you require and we will arrange a quote. We have weekly orders arriving from Australia and Germany so we are usually able to source whatever you may need. We also have access to a wide range of parts and accessories onsite to suit many european vehicles.
