To note the person I brought this from said they owned for just over a year and were moving overseas, I have had for 7 weeks. Overall good condition, have a pic of a small tear on side of recliner

What they didn't mention was the chaise wood with springs has separated from frame, so it sags on one side. They knew this as they have cut the dust cover underneath to look at it. Nothing is broken but the wood needs to be reattached and probably glued as the staples have not held it. This looks like a doable home fix to me but I won't bother due to changing setup and not holding onto. For this reason I have put the chaise in the room so it isn't used and is not in pictures.

On the sellers nz website (I assume previous owner brought from) it also states the frame has a 5 year warranty. Have listed for $1 reserve as this is as is condition, need to move it on and make someone happy with deal.

Seats are comfortable, easy to move as it comes apart, 5 separate pieces, heaviest part is the built in bed. Would like this to be picked up as soon as possible after auction closes. Someone is usually home so most times suit. Will help to load our end.
