About the role:
We have permanent full time opportunities to join our Tauranga team where we need staff to cover Static Guard, Patrol and Electronic Monitoring Field Officer roles. You will be our first point of contact for any equipment failure, alert activation's and you will liaise with our field support team to ensure issues are attended to and fixed quickly. In this role you will also be involved in compliance duties such as noise control and animal control.
This is an exciting fast-paced role where no two days will be the same. If you are looking for a career in security but don’t want to be stuck indoors, this may be the right opportunity for you.

Full training will be provided along with the required PPE and Uniform.
• Higher allowance paid on top of the base rate when conducting EMS duties
• Monday to Sunday
• Rostered shifts days and nights – 24/7 rotating roster

What we need you to have:
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships
• Excellent listening skills and ability to think, problem solve, and make decisions quickly in challenging environments
• Ability to handle stress and pressure
• Physical fitness
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Current COA license or the ability to obtain one
• Full clean NZ Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check
