About the opportunity:

We have a casual opportunity to join our Te Awamutu team as a Security Concierge officer in TWOA.

This isn’t just a normal Security Officer role... while we don’t need experience, we do need you to care, learn and share in an open inclusive environment, where everyone has an equal voice to help our continuous improvement to putting our people FIRST.

About the role:

• Roster to provide plenty of balance – Monday to Friday.
• Rotating shifts
• Provides plenty of Whanau time!
• Full and ongoing Training provided
• A supportive Team environment

What we need you to have:

• ‘Can do’ attitude
• Excellent people and listening skills with the ability to build relationships
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet quickly in challenging environments
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle stress and pressure
• Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check
• A current Certificate of Approval (CoA) or the ability to obtain one

Speaking or understanding Te Reo would be a bonus but not a Must
