We need a keen Electronic Security Field Technician to join our team based from North Shore, Auckland. Out of town travel required.
Gallagher & Satel experience is preferred, but not essential as we offer training and continued support.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Install, configure, and maintain electronic security systems in accordance with industry standards.
- Perform emergency repairs of security equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions or technical issues.
- Ensure clear communication with clients and team members regarding system status and operations.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations during onsite visits and installations.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on system operations and safety.
You will need:
- Technical proficiency with electronic security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarms.
- Solid foundation in electrical principles as they relate to security system installation and maintenance.
- Competence in IT and network systems, particularly for security integration.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to provide efficient solutions.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Commitment to high standards of health and safety practices.
- Excellent documentation skills for maintaining compliance and operational records.
- Full Drivers license
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to pass a comprehensive security background check
