About the Role:
As a Patient Watch and Hospital Security Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, visitors, and staff within healthcare facilities. - Starting rate of $26.00 per hour.
- Rotating roster with 8-hour shifts with the ability to pick up additional shifts
- Comprehensive training and a supportive team environment.
About you:
- You will have a full drivers licence and own vehicle
- Available to work on a rotating roster, this includes nights and weekends
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as we require daily written reports
- Full on the job training will be given for each of the sites we work at, and all training must be completed successfully.
- A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to build relationships.
- Quick thinking in challenging environments.
- Physical fitness and resilience to handle stress.
- Successful completion of a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check.
- Possession of a current Certificate of Approval (CoA) or the ability to obtain one.
