We have an exciting opportunity to lead our Wellington Branch.?

The Wellington Branch Manager role is key to provide branch direction and deliver both strategic and operational performance.?

You will be a leader who demonstrates the ability to resolve issues at all levels and ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness are consistently maintained.

What the role is about?

• Lead the team by providing strategic and operational advice with clear communication.?
• Inspiring, motivating, mentoring, and enabling the team to deliver their very best!
• Assume accountability for the performance and presentation of each client and ensure we meet contractual and budgetary obligations.
• Thoroughly review individual site contracts and develop priority action plans with support from the Regional Manager.?

Who are you?

• You will have experience in a multi-site operational and strategic environment.
• You will have a passion for people as an experienced leader in a dynamic environment.
• You will have strong financial acumen in managing a P&L.
• A thorough understanding of basic principles of human resource management.
• Broad experience in recruitment and selection procedures.
