Manco are a privately owned company specialising in On-Rail equipment and Waste and Recycling equipment. We have a small talented design team and a well-equipped fabrication and engineering team.

The successful applicant will be involved with new builds with some refurbishment and repairs of existing equipment. Key duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Assembly of component parts to equipment manufactured by Manco, being typically Specialised Rail Equipment and Waste Equipment
  • Working from plans and instructions from the design team and workshop manager
  • Repairs and maintenance to existing equipment in the Manco Rental Fleet and customer fleet
  • Welding components as per drawings or for repair or other requirements

The work is varied and interesting with innovative hardware and software used in our products.

We're looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our skilled team.

To be considered you will need a relevant NZQF level 4 Qualification or at least three years experience as a Heavy Diesel Fitter.
