The successful applicant will be involved with new builds with some refurbishment and repairs of existing equipment. Key duties and responsibilities will include:

We're looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our skilled team.
To be considered you will need a relevant NZQF level 4 Qualification or at least three years experience as a Heavy Diesel Fitter.

- Assembly of component parts to equipment manufactured by Manco, being typically Specialised Rail Equipment and Waste Equipment
- Working from plans and instructions from the design team and workshop manager
- Repairs and maintenance to existing equipment in the Manco Rental Fleet and customer fleet
- Welding components as per drawings or for repair or other requirements
