We are looking for someone with a passion for property and a vibrant and energetic personality to join us as an Assistant Property Manager.
You need a sense of humour and can work as part of a team. We are a busy office and require an individual with plenty of drive and energy.

- Communicating effectively with our tenants, nurturing a positive relationship
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Assisting with property inspections and reports
- Various property management related tasks

You will need to:
- Be comfortable working in a busy, multi-tasking position
- Strong written and verbal communication, as well as a great phone manner
- A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Positive and proactive approach to work
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Willing to learn tenancy law - we will fund your Property Management Qualification
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Hold a clean full NZ drivers license
