We are seeking an experienced Body Corporate Manager with 2 years plus experience who is looking for a change and is eager to join a well respected, experienced and stable team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio with a mixture of long-term clients and new clients. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of medium schemes, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with legislation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on strata-related matters.
• Stay up-to-date with strata legislation and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Body Corporate Manager is essential, experienced Assistants ready to step up will also be considered
• Strong administration, organisation & prioritising skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
