Manukau Toyota Group is New Zealand's largest Toyota dealer and the efforts and dedication of our Team Members is a huge part of that. We have been servicing Auckland's South and Eastern communities for more than 30 years.

We are proudly family-owned with stores in Botany, Manukau, Papakura and Pukekohe. We also operate two Bridgestone Tyre shops - one next to Papakura Toyota and one in the Botany Toyota Service Centre.

We are looking for a new Team Member in our Administration and Finance function to help us be the best we can be!

Duties of this position include:

• Processing Daily Payments, Refunds, Settlements and Payouts.
• Processing of Vehicle Sales.
• Processing of Registrations, Relicensing and Change of Ownerships.
• Profiling of Vehicles and applicable contracts.
• NZTA Administration.
• Ordering inventory as and when required.
• Assisting a motivated Administration and Finance team daily as required.

So … this is what we need:
*Two to four years' administration experience

• Someone process driven and have an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• A self-aware individual with the ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Someone with experience coming up with ideas and making them happen.

*Someone with a good understanding of customer journey excellence.

• Currently living in New Zealand and/or hold a valid work visa (if applicable).
