We are looking for a new Team Member in our Administration and Finance function to help us be the best we can be!

- Processing Daily Payments, Refunds, Settlements and Payouts.
- Processing of Vehicle Sales.
- Processing of Registrations, Relicensing and Change of Ownerships.
- Profiling of Vehicles and applicable contracts.
- NZTA Administration.
- Ordering inventory as and when required.
- Assisting a motivated Administration and Finance team daily as required.
So … this is what we need:
*Two to four years' administration experience
- Someone process driven and have an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- A self-aware individual with the ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Someone with experience coming up with ideas and making them happen.
- Currently living in New Zealand and/or hold a valid work visa (if applicable).
