We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our East Tamaki based team as Warehouse Administration Clerk.
The position covers a wide variety of tasks:

Above all of this, we look for that person who is confident, capable and is very customer focused. The successful candidate has a positive "can do" attitude and must have at least 1 year of New Zealand experience in general office duties. This experience, mixed with education and 'grit', will be reviewed during the application process.
An hourly rate of $29.66 per hour will be offered to the successful candidate. This is a full time role (minimum 40 hours per week).
Our office is located in East Tamaki, Auckland so close proximity to this would be necessary.

The position covers a wide variety of tasks:
- Preparing and processing orders for goods and services
- Monitoring of stock levels and supply sources and maintaining stock and inventory levels
- Recording and coordinating the flow of goods and services between internal and external companies and administering and coordinating storage and distribution operations within the business.
- Communication with the wider organisation's operations team(s), delivering a broad range of assistance and in particular with warehousing systems implementations and upgrades.
Our successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Computer literacy (experience with "Propella" ERP system or similar preferred)
- Intermediate to Advanced capabilities with Excel & MS Office
- Previous experience in a Distribution business
- Previous experience supporting Retail Distribution channels
- Up-to-date fork hoist certification by an authorised training provider
- Confident, capable and is very customer focused
- Positive "can do" attitude
