An opportunity has become available for a motivated Property Management Assistant to join our tight-knit team.

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, however we can be flexible with hours for the right person to suit your lifestyle (ie school hours Monday - Friday).

Duties include (but are not limited to):
  • Assisting the Property Managers
  • Assisting with inspections and viewings
  • Photographing properties
  • Assisting with organising repairs and maintenance
  • Providing business support and general administration duties

We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated, well presented applicant. You will be working in a fast paced environment where attention to detail is essential so we're seeking someone who is confident working in an ever changing environment, can think on their feet and has a "no job too small" attitude.

It is essential that you enjoy helping people, with communication as a key. Whilst industry training and support will be provided, you will need a solid work history, as well as strong customer service and computer skills on which to build on.

Other key skills and attributes include:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • A current, clean drivers licence
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels
  • The ability to manage and appropriately prioritise a large number of competing demands
  • Competent Microsoft Office 365 skills including Word and Excel
  • The ability to multi task and cope well under pressure in an ever changing environment
  • Proven clear thinker, level headed, solution oriented
  • Maturity, personal integrity, sound judgement
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative
  • Understanding of GST
  • Experience with MYOB would be advantageous

This position is an ideal role for someone with life experience who is looking to learn the industry with the view to progress into a Property Manager role when you have the required skills in the future.
