We're in search of a driven and meticulous individual to offer administrative assistance to the Management, Sales, and Customer Service teams. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, delivering exceptional customer service, investigating and reporting claims and lost freight, taking proactive measures and initiating actions, ensuring compliance, and supporting other aspects of the business as needed.
Hours: Monday - Friday | 7.00am - 4.30pm

Mou | About you
- Previous experience in the transport, supply chain and logistics desirable
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use initiative to problem solve and work independently.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with a positive attitude.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills.
- Pass a Police Check & Pre-employment Drug Test
