We're currently looking for a Lighting Assembler to join our store/workshop in Petone, Lower Hutt.
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
We are looking for someone who's all about teamwork and getting the job done right. In a small team like ours, flexibility is key and taking pride in your work is paramount. The successful applicant will work with a team to assemble LED strip lighting products.
While not essential, experience in manufacturing or construction would be preferred due to the nature of our products.
You'll need to be able to problem-solve and have impeccable attention to detail due to the customised nature of our product.

The main duties will include:
- Cutting and drilling aluminium and plastic extrusions.
- Soldering LED strips.
- Assembly of LED lighting products.
- Assisting with receiving inward goods and packaging and dispatching outward goods.
- Assisting with liaising with suppliers, distributors and freight companies.
- Quality control of inwards & outwards goods.
- Assisting with inventory management.
- Assisting with making up packs/kits of components.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Delivering and collecting goods in our company vehicle to suppliers and service providers.
