This role will see you taking responsibility for building and strengthening relationships across a portfolio of clients, driving revenue growth and product adoption through ensuring your clients are getting the best results from our digital products.

Here's what you can expect from this role:

  • Manage and grow effective client relationships across all levels within your portfolio - from MD or Business owner to Recruiter and HR contacts
  • Relationship building - you'll get to know the ins and outs of your clients' businesses to understand how to best help them achieve optimal results.
  • Demonstrate understanding of clients business priorities and position Trade Me Jobs as a valuable partner in achieving these
  • Provide market knowledge and insights - as an employment market expert, you'll dive into our extensive data to provide market information to your clients.

What you will bring to our team:

  • An experienced Account Manager - within digital media, advertising or recruitment.
  • End-to-end recruitment experience is preferred. You'll love client relationship management and understand the recruitment industry well.
  • Experience growing and strengthening relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Solid analytical skills - the ability to see opportunities through effective use of data.
  • Strong presentation skills - the ability to deliver a compelling story to one or to many
  • Resilience and a great attitude - you'll be patient and positive with our customers, and get a kick out of helping them find the best solutions for their business.
  • A drive for results, balanced with a planned approach to how you'll achieve these.
