Be they regular visitors pic'ing up their pantry staples or newbies booking a tour, Pic's want all our customers to feel welcomed as soon as they see the star.
Pic's have a great opportunity for an experienced customer service person who wants to learn how to host Pic's Peanut Butter World tours helping to tell the unique story that is core for this kiwi iconic brand.
The role in a nutshell
Every day will be different, but every day you will show that you're passionate about peanut butter and share your love of it with our customers. Every step of the way you'll embody our core values of people, customers, planet and community. Give daily scheduled tours, sell peanut butter in our Peanut Butter World retail shop and share the role of running our stand at the Saturday Market.
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the brand love for Pic's Peanut Butter.
Qualities we seek
To be the right individual for this exceptional opportunity you will be customer focused, have outstanding relationship skills and proven public speaking experience. You will need to be charming and enthusiastic, love chatting to people and you'll bring a bit of flair, style and organisation to the role.
You must have a Clean drivers license and the ability to work 4-5 days between Monday (9-3) and Saturday (7-2).
