About the role
We have spent the last 18 months launching and growing our NSTParts.com website (performance parts and accessory website) - Check it out here - nstparts.com. With all this first phase work, we're ready to take the website to the next level!
This role exists to make that happen and to lead the day to day success of the website. In this role you'll also need to be able to provide expert parts advice to our team and our customers, and be part of an excellent experience for every customer that you encounter.

This role exists to make that happen and to lead the day to day success of the website. In this role you'll also need to be able to provide expert parts advice to our team and our customers, and be part of an excellent experience for every customer that you encounter.
Day to day the work includes:
- Maintenance of the NSTParts.com website (processing all sold items, working with customers, photographing and uploading stock, creating social media content, etc).
- Working with our Parts Manager to grow and develop the website
- Some parts interpreter work too (depending on the team's workflow)

To be considered for this role, you must have these skills and experience:
- Knowledge and passion for performance cars
- At least 1 year's customer service experience
- Ideally - you have experience in eCommerce, a knowledge in email marketing, website design, and photography
