We have our own ensuite bathroom, so the other bathroom will mostly be used by you or guests. The bedroom is very large with a big wardrobe. We are a couple in our late 20s and early 30s. We are only renting out 1 bedroom, so there will be a maximum of 3 people living in this large house. The price includes bills such as water, electricity, and wifi.
