Walking distance to shops, beach, QE2, bus routes, supermarket etc ....Enough space for a queen sized bed, small 2 seater couch and coffee table. $290 per week includes room, power and internet. Buy and cook your own food. Sleep out is attached to our garage. Street parking only. The sleep out is out the back of the property Please no smokers and no pets is not negotiable. 2 weeks rent in advance $580 to move in. Only looking for one person as sleepout to too small for more than 1 person. No couples or children. Will need to supply references. Prefer someone long term (6 months or longer) No pets or smokers.
