Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Available from Saturday 8th June 2024. You'll be living with a working professional female in her late 20's and one male industrial worker. The owner of the property is a female in late 20's who is currently living in London and is set to be back in New Zealand in 2024 Owners room is available as a guest bedroom if needed while she away, so friends or family can stay if needed. Or used as storage. The house is partially furnished (including towels and kitchen ware), so all you need is your bed and clothes. Rooms has a double wardrobe and will be able to fit at least queen bed and draws. Also gets the day time sun. It's a huge 4 bedroom house with the toilet being separate from the bathroom. EXTRAS : Lots of grass, a vegetable garden and lemon tree. Double glazing in all bedrooms, with a heat pump recently installed. Gas infinity for hot water, so the shower pressure is INSANE and instant hot water There are 3 cats, that need constant loving and attention, so an animal lover would be preferred. Unfortunately we are not able to have anymore animals living on the property. Looking for someone respectful, working, clean, tidy and will take care of the property and animals like their own (don’t worry food and vet visits are sorted). Bills include Gas, Power, Internet (includes Netflix) and flat consumables. These will be split between whoever is in the house. Bond - one weeks rent to be paid when signing contract.
