Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. I am looking for a boarder to move into my spare bedroom and to share my beautiful house with. You would be moving in with me into my 3 bedroom house in a quiet neighbourhood with good sun throughout the day. It is fully insulated with double glazing, so it's always cosy. There is a large deck to enjoy the sun. The house is fully furnished and the room comes with a bed and a built-in wardrobe. I am 33 female and working full time in construction. After work, I like to relax with a good movie or TV show and on the weekends I like to tend to the garden, do some outdoor activities or catch up with friends. I am looking for someone kind with good communication skills who is looking for a quiet place away from the hustle of everyday life. You would also need to be conscious of cleaning up after yourself. The weekly board includes wifi, power, rubbish, and water rates. Towels, bedding and kitchen utensils are available. Mid-term stay inquiries are welcome. Couples are considered for the right people at $350 a week. No pets or smokers.
