Description:	4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. Hey everyone. I have a room available in a new 4 bedroom house in Avondale. It’s a brand new house in a one way st which is very quite. The house will be furnished but you may need to bring your own bed. The house has four bedrooms but the bathroom is shared with only two flatmates. Rent is $290 + bills and two weeks bond/ notice is required. Very chill flatmates who work long house but keen to socialise when we see each other. We have a lounge with a TV, BBQ grill, air frier, pressure cooker etc. The moving date is from the 20th of April. There are plenty of street parking.
