This sale is where it is how it is, meaning that the buyer is responsible with the entire relocation process: removing the gravel, the fish, the filter...The empty tank is pretty heavy, one strong man can lift it but is advisable for 2 fit persons. Reason of selling: I have some health condition that doesn't allow me to do much physical work and is hard for me to keep up with the regular maintenance.
