Introducing our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom period cottage nestled in Kingsland. With its open-plan kitchen and living space, it's the perfect spot. Shared bathroom with a roll top bath and separate shower. Large north-facing deck and garden, securely fenced and ideal for pets. Short walk to Kingsland's bars and cafes and Eden Park. Bus and train stops practically at your doorstep. The place is flooded with natural light, giving it a warm and inviting vibe, especially in the summer. We are a couple in our mid-30’s with a mini sausage dog. We work in events and insurance, occasionally from home but in a private office. Looking for a professional in their late 20’s/30’s who is mainly independent, but up for the occasional hang or dinner together. We enjoy Rugby games at Eden Park and plenty of gigs around town.
