Description:	3 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. Large, lovely room in the idyllic suburb of Herne Bay is available for sublet from around 10 June for about 6 months. You'll be sharing the whole place with just 1 other, we think it's a dream! Peaceful with big trees, 2 decks and a vege patch separate toilet and bathroom with bath. Entry to bridge north, and waterfront walking path to CBD right at your doorstep but still peaceful. Carport can be available if you need it. Room/lease person is an actor/curator away for 6 months, flattie you'll live with is Meghan mid twenties, crochet and trivia queen with a love of all things Korean, works full time. Please note we don't have tv and enjoy that. We have a projector/screen sitch for when we feel like a movie or big screen time. No pets.
