The rest of the space is unfurnished. The house is on a large section on Kinsey Terrace, Clifton hill, with great views across the Avon - Heathcote estuary to New Brighton and the hills beyond. Large sunny deck, spacious lounge and kitchen area. At the moment there is a house cat, but he will be moving out in September. The rent is $260 for a single person, and $300 for a couple. No pets or smokers.
