Infinite view of Waitakere ranges in the backyard with a dining table. The couch turns into the second bed. Extra bed stuff underneath the bed. Inside, you'll find a cosy space with a kitchenette with many appliances. PROPERTY: The guest house is located at the rear of our property and has everything you need for a relaxing and stress-free living. You can park in the front yard where we can accommodate 6 cars. The backyard unit has a contact-free smart password lock at the door. When you enter the property and park your car in the front please walk to the back yard and you will see the colourful unit and the HOME light on its wall. INTERACTIONS WITH HOUSE FAMILY: People are mostly working sometimes even at the weekends. Everyone is respectful of others' privacy and would only talk if you have any questions or if you want just to talk. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: Reasonable use of power is required. THE FAMILY: We are a family with a 6-year-old boy. We live separately in the front of the property. 2 nurses live in the house and we are always calm and not noisy except for rare family gatherings. The unit is locked separately from the main house so you have full privacy. SECURITY: Our street is safe, but for added security, we have 2 cameras one pointed at the street to ensure cars are safely parked and one at the backyard for extra safety. PARKING: You can park inside the property in the front yard. COOKING: This is a self-catering unit. PETS: Pets are allowed if you can keep the unit clean at all times.The house is going to be fenced fully in the near future. 3 weeks rent bond and 1 rent in advance.
